Host Your Banquet or Group Function at Caribbean Jacks

Caribbean Jack's offers waterfront facilities for your special event needs such as rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, or other functions. We have private space available with a spectacular river view for up to 40 guests and semi private areas for up to 60 guests. Wide selection of food and drink choices available to choose from. We will work with you to make sure your event is one to remember! Please contact us at least 14 days in advance to arrange something special at Daytona's Favorite Waterfront Restaurant.

Groups of 30 or more will require Buffet Menu.
Groups under 30 may order from the menu or select a customized limited group menu.



Beef & Pork Selections

Jerk Pork Tenderloin
Thick sliced pork tenderloin drizzled with Caribbean jerk glaze & finished with a sweet peach salsa.
Served over Jack's homemade stuffing. Pork also served traditional style with brown gravy.

BBQ Beef Brisket
Marinated in a combination of jerk BBQ sauce & hot sauce, Jack's choice slow roasted
beef brisket is second to none!!! Served with fresh corn on the cobb & Caribbean slaw.

London Broil
Fresh cut Flank steak marinated in Au Jus & cooked to perfection. Served over a bed of
white rice & topped with fresh grilled green peppers & onions.

Sweet Jerk Baby Back Ribs
Introducing our signature slow roasted baby back ribs. Slow roasted then grilled & brushed with
sweet jerk BBQ sauce. Served with fresh corn on the cobb & Caribbean Slaw.


Chicken Selections

Caribbean Jerk Chicken
Grilled chicken breast topped with Caribbean jerk glaze & mango salsa. Served over your
choice of calypso rice or mixed vegetables.

Sweet Teriyaki Chicken
Grilled chicken breast topped with a sweet teriyaki glaze, pineapple & fresh green onion.
Served over your choice of mixed vegetables or calypso rice

Classic Chicken Alfredo
Grilled or blackened chicken breast sliced & tossed with fresh spinach, penne pasta & our
delicious homemade garlic parmesan cream sauce.

Tropical Chicken
Grilled chicken breast topped with a tropical sweet-n-sour sauce. Garnished with Maraschino
cherries & pineapple. Served over your choice of calypso rice or mixed vegetables.


Seafood Selections

Caribbean Fish Tacos
Fresh Mahi-mahi over calypso rice with mango & black bean salsa. Served with Caribbean
slaw & warm flour tortillas. Your choice: Grilled, blackened or Caribbean jerk.

Classic Shrimp Alfredo
Succulent gulf shrimp sauteed in garlic butter then tossed with fresh spinach, penne pasta & our
delicious homemade garlic parmesan cream sauce.
Shrimp also served scampi style over linguini with bruschetta.

Stuffed Flounder
Wild caught Alaskan Flounder stuffed with Jack's homemade crab meat stuffing. Finished with
our signature lobster cream sauce. Served with your choice of calypso rice or mixed vegetables.

Caribbean Jerk Mahi
Fresh Mahi-mahi brushed with Caribbean jerk glaze & topped with mango salsa. Served with
your choice of calypso rice or mixed vegetables.
Mahi also served grilled or blackened.


Buffet Selections Include

Choice of Caesar or garden salad.

Dinner Rolls.

Dessert: Key Lime Pie.

Choose any two items: $21.00 per guest plus tax and gratuity.

Add any third item for a additional $5.00 per guest.
